Our services

Global Resolutions Group, trading as globaldar.help, provides fraud investigation, crypto tracing, and case coordination services for victims of fraud, crypto investment scams, and recovery scams.

Submitting a case through our website does not create a client relationship until your case has been reviewed and accepted and the applicable service fee has been agreed.

No guarantee of recovery

We prepare evidence, tracing reports, and case files and coordinate with banks, payment providers, exchanges, and authorities on your behalf. While we pursue every case diligently, the outcome depends on third parties and we cannot guarantee the recovery of funds.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.

Fees and payment

Service fees are quoted per case and must be agreed before work begins. All legitimate invoices and payment instructions from our team are sent from an @globaldar.help email address.

If anyone requests payment from any other domain, do not trust it and report it to support@globaldar.help immediately. We will never ask for your password, seed phrase, private keys, or 2FA codes.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case, to cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation, and to keep your dashboard login credentials confidential.

You must not use the website or dashboard for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading claims.

Client dashboard

Dashboard access is provided to accepted clients to follow case status, assigned representatives, upcoming transactions, and updates. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse or unauthorised access.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for decisions or actions of banks, exchanges, authorities, or other third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
