Information we collect

When you use the website we also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site performance.
How we use your information
We use your information to assess and manage your case, prepare case files for banks, payment providers, exchanges, and authorities, communicate with you about your case, and provide access to your client dashboard.
We never sell your personal data. We only share case information with third parties where it is necessary for your case (for example a bank, exchange, or regulator) or where we are required to do so by law.

Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls. Only staff assigned to your case and authorised administrators can view your file.
All legitimate communication from our team is sent from an @globaldar.help email address. We will never request payment or sensitive information from any other domain, and we will never ask for your password, seed phrase, private keys, or 2FA codes.
Data retention
We retain case files for as long as your case is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@globaldar.help, subject to records we must keep by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
